1. Agreement to These Terms Welcome to Quantum Collective ("Quantum Collective," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at quantumcollective.world (the "Site"), and your purchase of any products, supplements, foods, consultations, or services we offer (collectively, the "Products and Services"). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or enter into these Terms. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Products, Descriptions & Availability We work hard to describe and display our Products and Services accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Products are subject to availability, and we may change, limit, or discontinue any Product at any time without notice.

5. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping. If a price is listed in error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. A confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. If we cancel an order before fulfillment, we will refund any payment already made for that order.

7. Shipping & Delivery We ship using third-party carriers. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or service failures caused by the shipping carrier or by incorrect address information you provide.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments Once a package leaves our facility and is in the carrier's possession, it is in their hands. If your order arrives broken, crushed, or damaged in transit, or if it is lost or stolen after being marked delivered, this is a matter between you and the shipping carrier, and it is not the responsibility of Quantum Collective. You are responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping provider (for example, USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We're glad to provide reasonable proof-of-shipment information to support your claim, but we do not issue refunds or replacements for damage, loss, or theft that occurs in transit.

9. All Sales Are Final — Returns & Refunds All sales are final. Because our supplements and food products are consumable, ingestible wellness goods, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, and we do not issue refunds. This includes, without limitation, situations where you change your mind, order the wrong item, no longer want the product, or decide you do not like the taste, texture, appearance, or effect of a product. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this no-refund, all-sales-final policy. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

10. Consultations & Services Consultations, retainers, and community-building engagements are booked and paid in advance. Fees for booked and confirmed sessions or retainers are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, contact us as far in advance as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, subject to availability. Consulting outputs are advisory; we do not guarantee any particular business, financial, or other outcome.

11. Health & Product Disclaimer Our supplements and food products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our Products are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of any specific health result.

Intellectual Property All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product formulations and names, and the "Quantum Collective" and "Quantum Alchemy" marks — is owned by or licensed to Quantum Collective and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Our total liability for any claim relating to a Product or Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for that Product or Service. 15. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
